Products are manufactured by our strategic sub-contract production
partner,
Apollo Electronics Corp. Ltd, Huddersfield, who offer full turnkey production facilities and are
ideally situated to within a few miles of both the M1 and M62 motorways. They
can manufacture products whether they be surface mount technology (SMT),
conventional through hole or mixed technology, from procured or free issue
components.
Conventional boards are machine soldered and surface mount
placement is by automated pick and place machines (0402 - 0.5mm fine pitch
components). They can manufacture prototype/low to medium size batches
(quantities 10 - 10,000 per month), and serve many types of industry including
RF, emergency services, fire/burglar alarm, lighting, PSU, automotive, mobile
phone and leisure.
Business is generated through repeat orders and
